Bromsgrove RFC's bonfire is Friday 6 November, gates 5.30pm, £12.50 adults, advance only. Wythall Park and Stoke Prior both go on Saturday 7 November.

Three of the district’s displays now have 2026 dates, and all three are on sale. Bromsgrove Rugby Club goes on Friday 6 November, and Wythall Park and Stoke Prior Sports and Country Club both go on Saturday 7 November. Bonfire Night itself, Thursday 5 November, has only the Vernon at Hanbury, just over the district line.

Updated 3 October: Bromsgrove RFC, Wythall and Stoke Prior have all published 2026 dates, times and prices. Catshill and Alvechurch still have not.

Every one of them is advance tickets only or close to it, and none has proper parking. Buy first, then plan to walk.

Bromsgrove Rugby Club, Friday 6 November

This is the town’s biggest display and the one most people mean by “Bromsgrove fireworks”. The club’s Skiddle listing says the Bonfire Night Fundraiser returns on Friday 6 November 2026 at Bromsgrove Rugby Football Club, Finstall Road, B60 3DH.

  • Gates 5.30pm, bonfire lit 7.15pm, fireworks 7.45pm
  • Over 16s £12.50, under 16s £7, family ticket £30, plus a Skiddle booking fee. The listing does not say how many people the family ticket covers
  • Under threes free
  • “TICKETS IN ADVANCE ONLY. THERE WILL BE NO TICKETS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ON THE GATE.” Online sales run until 7.30pm on the night

That is a rise on 2025, when it was £10, £5 and £25 and the display was also on a Friday, 7 November. The times have not changed.

The club’s conditions are the same as last year:

  • No parking on site or on Finstall Road. In the club’s words, “please leave the car at home!”
  • Limited disabled parking, blue badge shown on the night, and it must be booked in advance by emailing info@bromsgroverfc.com
  • No dogs
  • Strictly no sparklers, and bags are searched, because the pitches are played on
  • No alcohol brought onto the premises
  • Under sixteens with an adult
  • Bars are cashless, fairground rides take cash
  • Live music from the Ron Jeremy Band, for the third year running

The club’s own website, bromsgroverfc.com, has not posted about 2026 yet; its newest news post is dated 12 August. The old domain bromsgroverfc.co.uk is a parked “this domain may be for sale” page and still turns up in searches.

Wythall Park, Saturday 7 November

Wythall is in the Bromsgrove district despite its Birmingham postcode. Wythall Community Association has confirmed Saturday 7 November 2026 at Wythall Park, Silver Street, B47 6LZ.

  • Gates 6pm, bonfire 6.30pm
  • A quieter display aimed at younger children at 7.30pm, then the main display at 8.30pm
  • Food vendors and fair rides, charged separately. The association warns cash may be needed and there is no cash machine on site

Tickets go up the later you buy, all for adults and children aged 11 and over, plus booking fees:

  • £10 early bird until 9 October
  • £12.50 from 10 to 30 October
  • £15 from 31 October to 7 November

Children aged 10 and under go free but must be with an adult, and stewards check ages at the gate. It is ticket only, sold through Eventbrite, with no tickets at the gate.

No fireworks, sparklers or alcohol may be brought in. The association’s other warning is in capitals: “WEAR YOUR WELLIES”, because the best views are from the grass and it gets very muddy.

There is no car parking at Wythall Park, and Silver Street is under a road closure order, shut to vehicles except for access, from 5.30pm to 9.30pm.

Stoke Prior Sports and Country Club, Saturday 7 November

The club’s “Back to the Movies” bonfire and fireworks night is on Saturday 7 November 2026, 4pm to 11pm, at Stoke Prior Sports and Country Club, B60 4AL.

  • Gates 4pm, outdoor DJ from 4.45pm
  • Bonfire lit 7.15pm
  • Fireworks set to film theme tunes by G-Force Fireworks, about 8pm
  • Live music indoors afterwards; the bar closes at 11pm

Adults (16 and over) £10, children aged 3 to 15 £6, plus 50p a ticket booking fee. Child tickets can only be bought alongside at least one adult ticket. Under threes are free but still need a ticket. Online sales close at midnight on 6 November; the listing does not mention gate sales this year, though in 2025 the club sold leftover tickets on the gate.

No dogs except guide dogs, no sparklers or fireworks, and no food, drink or alcohol brought in; security searches bags. Parking on site is limited and the club asks people to walk if they can.

The Vernon, Hanbury, Thursday 5 November

If you want fireworks on the night itself, the Vernon at Hanbury, B60 4DB, is the nearest. It sits just outside Bromsgrove district, south of Stoke Prior. Its Skiddle listing for the Hanbury Fireworks and Laser Show Spectacular gives Thursday 5 November, doors 4.30pm, last entry 8pm, close 10pm, with general admission £10, under 16s £7.50 and a family ticket for two adults and two children at £25. Display times are not published.

Catshill

Catshill’s display is run by Catshill Community Events with 6th Bromsgrove Scouts. It moved in 2024 from Catshill Meadow to land off Lingfield Walk, after the meadow stopped meeting the regulations for the size of crowd it was drawing.

No 2026 date has been published that we can check. Catshill posts on Facebook only, and the domain the parish council used, catshillandnorthmarlbrook-pc.gov.uk, no longer resolves.

Alvechurch

Alvechurch FC at Lye Meadow, Redditch Road, B48 7RS held a fireworks and street food night on 5 November 2024, gates 5pm, display 7.30pm with a laser show. The club’s calendar for November 2026 still has no fireworks entry.

Getting there and parking

Not one of these venues has proper visitor parking. Bromsgrove RFC bans it on site and on Finstall Road, Wythall closes Silver Street, and Stoke Prior has only a few spaces. Read parking in Bromsgrove before you go: every council car park gives 30 minutes free and charges run to 6pm, so an evening display costs little if you park in town and walk.
